THE "KIDS" ARE NOW 6 WEEKS OLD, THEY NOW WEIGHT ABOUT 4-5 LBS AND THEIR WINGSPANS ARE APROX. 5' TO 5 1/2'.WATCH AS THE ONE ABOVE DOES SOME WING EXERCISING.

ONE OF THE PARENTS WILL ALWAYS BE NEAR, MOM SHOWS UP DAD LEAVES   3:11

 INCUBATION STARTED BETWEEN FEB. 27 & MAR. 06  THE HATCH WAS BETWEEN APR. 2 AND APR. 8  OLDEST EAGLET IS ABOUT 39 DAYS OLD, YOUNGEST ABOUT 37 DAYS OLD

Observations are done on Mondays as long as the visibility is good, if not then on Tuesday, no good, Wednesday. I get there between 11 and 12 noon and stay about 2-3 hours. If you are planning to come out, let me know, I'll wait for you !!!!  FYI -  If you come out to observe the eagles you'll need binoculars w/16x or a 800mm zoom as the nest is 1/3 mile away.
